The shelf thing (without shelves) is almost complete!
And some of the cabinets have legs. Or, I guess I should say, feet.
The.. uh.. stuff that we will mount the cabinets onto is in place.
The hose is in place for our fridge water-filtration system (in truth this has been in place for a while, I just forgot to get a photo until now).
Patrick seems to think that the assembled cabinets make much better play-forts than they do cabinets.
And he seems to really want to help out with the renovation work.
Rob taught Patrick how to climb a ladder, thinking it would be cute. Of course, now, climbing the ladder is all Patrick wants to do. Mommy is not amused.
But, despite our progress, some things are going wrong as well. Our phone has stopped working, right around the time there was electrical work going on, as well as plumbing work very close to the phone lines. Coincidence? I think not.

There is nothing worse then to have other problems arise while in the middle of your kitchen renovation. It does seem to work like that - when you're working on one thing something else decides to go wrong. However, the cabinets look fabulous! I love the white as it brings more light into the space.
